The one good thing about Jo is that her tenure has some really strong episodes that have political and social commentary tied to them, such as The Mutants, The Green Death, the Peladon stories, the war between the Draconions and the Humans whose name I can;t recall, and so forth.
Did you see the Neil Gaiman episode of season 6, the 4th one a week ago?
Heck yeah! We thought it was pretty damned good. I was really excited that there might be other time lords. I was also really excited that the Doctor might be able to communicate with the TARDIS going forward. Unfortunately neither came to pass.
Also, I just finished Genesis of the Daleks in the old stuff.

Correct, curremt as of last Saturday, so I saw the weak two parter - didn;t deserve to be a two partner. I'm also starting to get alittle bored of Other Doctors as a plotline - Another 10th Doctor vs the Daleks, a clone that is his Daughter, Him as a Human, Him living among Humans as a Doctor trying to blend in, DoctorDonna, and now this. Yeah, I didn't really care for that two-parter at all. It seems like just a round about way to get around him "dying" in the first episode. I didn't really find the two of them that amusing. I would like to see Jenny come back just because it's a dangling plot line.
